About Corvien
Corvien started with a simple question.
Why doesn't Bangladesh have its own real perfume house?
Not another brand that rebottles pre-made oils. Not another "inspired by" catalog. Something original. Something built from scratch.
That question turned into Corvien.
We launched in 2024 from Bashundhara, Bangladesh, with one clear goal. Create perfumes that are actually made, not copied. If you wear Corvien, you're not wearing a version of something else. You're wearing something that began here.
How It Started
Before Corvien, the market felt predictable.
Same scent profiles. Same sourcing. Different labels.
At one point, it became impossible to ignore. Scroll through social media and you'd see the same story over and over. Another founder. Another "inspired perfume brand." Another shortcut.
That was the moment it clicked.
In a country this big, how is there no brand creating original fragrances?
Corvien exists because of that gap.

The People Behind It
Corvien was founded in 2024 by Ariful Hossain and Tahmid Prodhan Mahid. Both started the brand together with a shared focus on building something long term, not something driven by quick sales.
Ariful Hossain, founder, is a perfume enthusiast who wanted to understand fragrance at a deeper level. Not just how to sell it, but how it is built from materials to composition to how a scent develops over time.
Tahmid Prodhan Mahid, founder, shares the same mindset. He is also family and has been in the marketing space for a while now. He is leading most of the marketing direction and playing a key role in shaping how the brand is presented and grows. Both of them built the foundation of the brand together.
From the beginning, a close group played a key role in shaping Corvien. Hares Al Din, Yafid Ahmed, and Rafio Ahmed were part of the process early on. Not just helping, but building alongside us.
What We Do Differently
We don't rebottle. That's the baseline.
Every Corvien fragrance is sourced and formulated from scratch. That means more work, more cost, and more risk. But it also means control.
We focus heavily on materials. Where most brands at this level rely on cheaper synthetics, we push toward higher-quality, often more natural alternatives when it matters.
You can smell the difference. You can feel it in how the fragrance develops on your skin over time.
This isn't about copying what already works. It's about creating something worth remembering.
Our Approach to Scent
We didn't start extreme.
Our first release, Glasswater, was intentionally safe. Clean, easy, and mass appealing. It gave people a clear idea of what Corvien quality feels like.
Once that foundation was set, we shifted.
Now we explore more niche profiles. Less obvious. More personal. The kind of scents that don't try to please everyone.
Some people get it instantly. Some don't. That's fine.
We're not trying to be for everyone.
Who It's For
Corvien is for people who notice details.
You care about how you present yourself. You think about what you wear, how you smell, how you show up. You don't want the same thing everyone else is wearing.
You'd rather have something with identity.
Where This Is Going
We're building Corvien to last.
The goal is simple. When someone thinks of perfume from Bangladesh, they think of Corvien.
That means going beyond local. Expanding internationally. Opening outlets. Standing next to global brands without needing to copy them.
We're starting with fragrance. That's the core.
In the future, we may expand into other lifestyle and self-care categories. But the idea stays the same. Build things properly. Or don't build them at all.
What Corvien Stands For
Corvien represents a shift.
From imitation to originality.
From shortcuts to craftsmanship.
From "inspired by" to created here.
This is Bangladeshi perfume.
Made in Bangladesh.
Built to compete globally.
