Return Policy 

At Corvien, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.

You may test the perfume at the time of delivery while the delivery personnel is present. If you feel the fragrance isn’t right for you, you can return it immediately on the spot before accepting the delivery; shipping charge applicable

Once the delivery has been accepted, returns will no longer be accepted

This policy is in place to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction at the time of delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order so we can evaluate the issue. This may include requesting photos or other relevant information to verify the claim.

In such cases, we will arrange a return, replacement, or appropriate resolution after our review.

Please note that returns after delivery are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No other return requests will be applicable once delivery has been accepted.

Exchanges

At Corvien, we offer exchanges to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. To request an exchange, the product must be sent back to us for inspection.

Once received, the product will be checked to ensure it meets our exchange criteria before an exchange is approved.

The exchange value must be equal to or greater than the original purchase amount. If the selected product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

Corvien reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
